Emergency Care Practitioner – Derby UCC

Dream Medical is currently working with a Urgent Care Centre in Derby in providing locum Emergency Care Practitioner cover. We currently receive monthly rotas from the Urgent Care Centre and can offer shifts 7 days a week 3 months in advance, including days you are free. Shifts range from full days to 6 hour evening shifts with lucrative pay available for weekday and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Care Practitioner services at the Urgent Care Centre (Derby).
• Assess and manage patients across all ages from birth upwards.
• Prescribe under PDG's once signed off (where applicable).
• Work autonomously within the scope of practice.
• Utilise UCC/WIC/A&E experience to manage minor illness and injury presentations.
