A leading legal services team within a local authority is seeking a Locum Education/SEN Lawyer for an ongoing contract. The successful candidate will manage SEN appeals, advise on education law, and conduct advocacy in tribunal settings. Full-time preferred, part-time considered, offering £50-60 per hour. Sellick Partnership are working with a well established large legal services team within a local authority who are looking for an Education Lawyer to join them on a locum basis, this will be an on-going long term contract.
The duties of the successful Education/SEN Lawyer will include;
Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer with previous experience dealing with SEN matters.
The successful Education/ SEN Lawyer will ideally be able to undertake this role on a full-time basis, however candidates seeking a part-time working pattern will be considered.
