MBR Dental Recruitment are assisting a Tavistock practice in Devon to recruit a Locum Dentist on a temporary basis. The role offers up to four days per week with flexible start dates and hours 9:00–17:30, in a mixed NHS and Private environment.

The position is self-employed with potential for a permanent role later. In-house training, support from a hygienist and therapist, and an established patient list are available.

Qualifications

• GDC registration is required.
• Active performer number is required.
• DBS check is required.

Responsabilités

Locum Dentist / Tavistock, Devon / Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Tavistock, Devon to recruit a Locum Dentist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Position Details:

• Flexible start date.
• Ongoing Locum Dentist required until further notice.
• Part time opportunity, up to 4 days per week.
• Flexible surgery space across Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri 9am-5.30pm.
• Mixed NHS and Private working environment.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.
• Opportunity to progress to a permanent role at the practice.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Day rate available or paid per UDA.
• High demand for private treatments; income paid at 50% split.
• Monthly pay with a one-week notice period.
• In-house training and development opportunities.

• Dentist will inherit an established list
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.

It hosts a range of independent shops, markets, and walking / cycle trails to neighbouring Plymouth. It has direct access to Dartmoor and is close to National Trust properties.
• Commutable from Okehampton, Launceston, and Yelverton.
