Description: Part Time/Full Time Locum Dentist required 2-5 days per week to work for a busy practice near Swindon, Wiltshire.

1. £450 per day
2. 40%/50% Private
3. Locum to Permanent an option
4. 4 Computerised surgeries & software
5. Equipment: Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo & Apex Locator, iTero Scanner, OPG, CBCT, Microscope
6. Hygienist & Therapists on site
7. Qualified nurses
8. PM/Treatment coordinator on site
9. Close to transport links, in a Town Centre
10. Available now, negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
