Description:

Part-time Locum Dentist required for 3 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

• £450 per day (25 UDA Target) £18 per UDA for over achievement. £18 per UDA deducted for under achievement.
• 50% Private & Labs.
• Hours 9am – 5pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
• 7 Fully computerised, air conditioned, well-ventilated surgeries.
• Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo, OPG machine, Dentally software.
• Full support Team including Hygienist & dedicated Treatment Co-ordinator.
• Practice provides Teeth Whitening, Digital Smile Design, Teeth Straightening.
• Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases.
• Dedicated Staff Room with Kitchen facilities and lockers.
• 15 minutes from Newcastle under Lyme, 30 minutes from Crewe.
• Available Immediately till end of March 2025.

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number if applicable.
• Local Area Team confirmation.
• GDC certificate.
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.
• Indemnity certificate.
• Passport.
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
• Degree certificate.
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
• IRMER.
• PIN number.
