Description

Part time Locum Dentist required for 3 days per week, in a well-established, NEWLY REFURBISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Southampton, Hampshire.

1. Mon, Weds & Thurs
2. £400 + depending on experience & skillset
3. CQC Report - Outstanding
4. 50% split on Private & Labs
5. Existing, well maintained patient list
6. 111 Emergency Contract
7. 4 Fully computerised surgeries, Dentally Software
8. Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo
9. Air Conditioned
10. Experienced and stable support team and Practice Manager on-site
11. Free street parking & car park rota
12. Available immediately, start date negotiable

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
