• £450 per day
• Target of 30 UDAs per day
• Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm
• Specialising in Invisalign, Implants, Clear Align & Botox
• Fully computerised surgeries with SOE
• Digital x-Ray
• Rotary Endo
• Implants motor and handpiece
• Train, bus, and taxi rank within walking distance
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV, and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate

• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
