Remuneration: Circa £450 per day

Description: Part-time – Full Time Locum Dentist required for 2-4 days per week in a busy, mixed, well-established practice near Norwich, Norfolk.
• £450 per day (25 UDA Target) £18 per UDA for over achievement. £18 per UDA deducted for under achievement.
• 50% split on Private & Labs, great Private potential.
• Existing well maintained list.
• Monday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Saturdays also available.
• 3 Spacious, Modern, Air Conditioned, Ventilated & Fully Equipped Surgeries.
• Fully computerised surgeries.
• Digital X-rays, CBCT Scanner, Apex Locators, iTero, Intra oral cameras, Implant Motor, DSLR cameras.
• Access to supporting specialists for more complex cases.
• Access to clinical support group.
• Lead Clinician on hand to help discuss case and patient issues and actively encourage this.
• Support with any training to increase the services you offer (possible financial help too) for permanent candidates.
• There is a successful and robust internal marketing system which actively promotes individual dentist's special interests to direct patients for specific treatments.
• Full support team with Hygienist.
• Free roadside parking.
• 15 minutes from the train station.
• Available Immediately, start date negotiable. 3-6 month Locum period. Possibility to join permanently.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number.
- Local Area Team confirmation.
- GDC certificate.
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.
- Indemnity certificate.
- Passport.
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
- Degree certificate.
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
- IRMER.
- PIN number.
