Description:

Part or Full time LOCUM DENTISTS required for 2-5 days (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

• £500 PER DAY - negotiable
• 50% split on private
• 50% split on lab bills
• Fully computerised surgeries with R4 software. 5 Surgery practice
• Modern air conditioned Practice
• iTero Scanner
• Digital x-rays
• Intra oral cameras
• Rotary Endo
• Existing, well maintained list (previous Associate worked there for 25 years)
• Full support team
• Near train station. 30 mins to Leeds via train, 35 mins drive to Sheffield.

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
