Description: Part time LOCUM dentist required for 1-3 days per week in a mixed practice in Cromer, Norfolk.
Key Details:

1. £500 day rate with no laboratory fees, deductions.
2. 2 surgery practice located in the heart of the town centre of Cromer in North Norfolk.

2. Local Area Team confirmation.

4. UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.

7. Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
8. Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
