• Job Title: CPN Duty Worker Band 6
• Location: Bradford
• Duration: 6 month ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 9 am to 5 pm )
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: December 2025
• Rate of Pay: £25 to £27 per hour ( depending on experience )

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Band 6 Duty Worker to join a dynamic community mental health team. In this role, you will:

Act as first point of contact for urgent mental health queries and referrals

Triage cases and complete timely mental health risk assessments

Provide short-term care coordination, signposting and safety planning

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure rapid, appropriate support

Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with clinical governance

What You’ll Need:

Valid NMC registration (RMN)

Experience in community mental health and crisis response

Confident in triaging risk and making clinical decisions under pressure

Strong communication and organisational skills

Commitment to person-centred, recovery-focused care

This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
