Are you a Band 6 CPN looking for a rewarding locum role in Bradford? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Details:

1. Job Title: CPN Dual Diagnosis Band 6
2. Location: Bradford
3. Duration: 6 months ongoing
4. Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
5. Start Date: ASAP
6. End Date: October 2025
7. Rate of Pay: £25 to £27 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans
• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work with clients who have both mental health issues and substance misuse problems
• Often be part of a community drug/alcohol team or a specialist mental health team

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Experience working with mental health patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract:

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
