About This Role
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Locum Consultant ENT Surgeon to join our well-established, dynamic team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to develop and lead a comprehensive benign head and neck and diagnostic ENT service while being part of a forward-thinking department that delivers high-quality surgery to sub-specialty levels.

Partnership Excellence: Work in close collaboration with the University Hospital of Southampton to provide a comprehensive sub-specialty ENT service and regional tertiary care. This partnership ensures our patients receive world-class treatment while offering you access to complex cases and cutting-edge techniques.
While your primary focus will be developing and leading our benign head and neck and diagnostic ENT service, you'll be supported by Southampton's specialist head and neck team, giving you the best of both worlds - clinical leadership with expert backup.

1. Develop and maintain good working practices within wards, outpatients and A&E2. Collaborate and promote close working links with colleagues in tertiary centres, community services and primary care3. Offer support and leadership to junior medical colleagues, nursing colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
4. Work with colleagues to provide a consultant-led service with the highest standard of care5. Work with the multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelines
