Position Overview

This is a full-time Locum Consultant Community Psychiatrist role based in Rainham, working within an NHS service for adult patients with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead an MDT comprising Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, OT, and Specialty Doctors.
  2. Engage actively in service development activities.
  3. Participate in Governance and Service Line meetings.
  4. Take clinical responsibility for patient care.
  5. Fulfill the role of Responsible Clinician.
  6. Supervise referrals and admissions processes.
  7. Participate in medical audits.
