A leading UK healthcare trust is seeking a senior role within the Obstetric and Gynaecology Department. The position involves providing leadership, supporting obstetric wards, and participating in teaching medical students. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive obstetric services in Coventry and Warwickshire, contributing to a high-performing team focused on patient care and research.

This post is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to take on a senior role within the Obstetric and Gynaecology Department at UHCW NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with clinical colleagues, to deliver a comprehensive Obstetric service to patients in the Coventry and Warwickshire communities.
The post holder will be joining a high performing team, at a Centre which provides regional care across Obstetric, Gynaecological and Neonatal pathways. Alongside this the Department is heavily grounded in research and best practice with close links to the Tommy's National Centre for Miscarriage Research based at UHCW and a fully integrated Centre for Reproductive Medicine.
The post holder will be based at the University Hospital, Coventry with outpatient clinic commitments at the Hospital of St Cross, Rugby and community support sites.
There will be appropriate involvement in the administration and management functions of the Trust. The scheduling of clinical sessions may change as part of job planning, and the job description will be revisited with the Clinical Director and Group Director of Operations once the successful candidate has been in post for 6 months.
