• Role: Locum Consultant in Respiratory Medicine
• Rates: £100 - £125 per hour (PAYE)
• Shifts: 09:00am - 05:00pm, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

As a locum consultant, you will support both acute respiratory and general medicine, addressing patient demand and providing expert care, especially for complex cases involving multiple symptoms and conditions. Your skills will be vital in delivering high-quality patient services across the hospital.

Main Responsibilities

• Support and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Coordinate and prescribe treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Lead or participate in team activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• GMC registered doctor (not necessarily on the Specialist Register)
• Relevant experience at Consultant level or supporting references
• Proof of right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
• Enhanced DBS check required
