An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Palliative Medicine specialist to join their compassionate team at St Joseph’s Hospice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work primarily within the community while also covering inpatient wards. Location of work: St. Joseph’s Hospice, Mare Street, London
Fixed term contract for 6 months (maternity locum), full time 10 PAs (4PAs Homerton and 6PAs St Joseph’s Hospice)
On-call commitment follows a 1:8 weeknights and weekends.
Salary: £93,666 - £126,281 per annum (pro rata) + 2% on call supplement + London weighting allowance
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to join an established Palliative Care team at St Joseph’s Hospice. The post at St Joseph’s hospice is primarily based within the community team and also providing cover to the inpatient wards. The main contract will be held by St Joseph's Hospice.
Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for more details. Full GMC registration with a licence to practise is essential and applicants should be on the specialist register for Palliative Medicine or be within 6 months of completion of training.
