Specific Duties of this post:
- Conduct developmental assessments across all paediatric age groups, including assessments for autism (such as objective assessments like ADOS) and management of neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Participate in teaching, training, and research activities. The organization is committed to staff development and service improvement, working collaboratively with local authorities to meet patient needs.
- Engage in departmental teaching and support the development of middle-grade trainees. Participation in peer review, service improvement, and clinical governance is encouraged.
- Access training opportunities and support as part of appraisal, re-validation, and personal development plans.
- Encourage and facilitate involvement in audit and research through the established Audit and R&D departments.
