Job Description:

Applications are invited for a Consultant Community Pediatrician to join a busy, innovative, and friendly team at a Trust based in South East England.

This is a Locum Consultant post with core community paediatric responsibilities in neurodevelopmental disorders. The role includes developing expertise in working with Looked After Children. There is flexibility to discuss the specific responsibilities and the location of the appointee, considering travel distances.

The successful candidate will promote a multidisciplinary team approach to care within community paediatrics. Teaching and supervision of junior medical staff are essential, with training in Diagnostic Autistic Spectrum Disorder desirable.

The hospital is located in a beautiful area with historic towns and natural beauty, excellent recreational facilities, and good transport links to Brighton, London, and Europe via the Channel Tunnel or Eurostar, as well as international airports.
