Are you a Band 5 Community Nurse looking for a part-time locum opportunity with flexibility and great weekday hours? We have an exciting part-time role available in Barnet - no weekends, no nights!

Job Title: Community Nurse (Band 5)
Location: Barnet
Schedule: Part-Time Weekdays (Flexible Days)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £19.00 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:

Join a supportive team as a Community Nurse and provide essential care across the local area. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Administering subcutaneous and intramuscular medication (e.g., insulin, B12, anticoagulants)
2. Wound care and management (leg ulcers, pressure ulcers)
3. Catheter care and maintenance
4. Managing a personal community caseload
5. Promoting independence and supporting recovery at home

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

1. Band 5 qualification with active NMC registration
2. Previous experience in a community nursing setting
3. Confidence to work independently in patients' homes
4. Excellent communication and time-management skills

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

Part-Time - Flexible weekday shifts (8:30AM - 4:30PM)
Ongoing locum contract - ideal for those seeking work-life balance
