Locum Commercial Property Solicitor

Excellent rates of pay

My local government client is seeking an experienced commercial property specialist to join their growing team on a locum basis to cover a period of absence. This role will be for an initial 3 month period, but there is a strong possibility of an extension beyond this.

The caseload will be comprised of a mix of commercial property transactional matters, such as:

• Landlord and Tenant
• Lease renewals
• Easements and wayleaves
• Some residential experience might also be advantageous but is by no means essential
• Advising on ad hoc queries relating to property law

Previous local government experience is preferred, but candidates with private practice or in-house experience will also be considered. This will suit a proactive solicitor who has a can-do attitude.
