An attractive opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist within a L500 firm in the South West for 3months + starting ASAP

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a new locum opportunity within a L500 firm in the South West. The firm are seeking the assistance of a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor, to assist whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

This role is open to candidates seeking office based, hybrid or remote working, with free parking available for the office based element.

This role to start ASAP with an expected duration of 3 months +, ideally working full time hours.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a broad commercial property caseload to include:

• Sales and purchases
• Development matters
• Commercial leases
• Landlord & Tenant work

The Locum will benefit from experienced secretarial support.

• Competitive pay in the range of £50 - 55 per hour
• Good quality work in a leading firm

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience handling busy commercial property caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
