Overview

Venn Group are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of a North West local authority.

The successful candidate will have substantial local government experience within Commercial Property including landlord and tenant matters and big-ticket work.

Details

Start: November 2025

Duration: 3 months initially with scope to extend

Working Pattern: Full-time across 4 or 5 days

Working Arrangement: Can be fully remote, weekly attendance is beneficial

Rate: £55-60 per hour, umbrella
