Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.
As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of general transactional property law matters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The successful Property Lawyer will join the team for an initial 3 - 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Office attendance is required approximately once a week, but our client is willing to consider flexible working for a candidate with the right experience.
Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
