Role - Locum Childcare Solicitor

Rate - Depending on recent relevant experience.

Location - North West

Client - Local Authority

G2 are working with a local authority client in the North West of England to support them by bringing in a Locum Childcare Solicitor.

The role will be a 6 month rolling contract and may involve some hybrid working where needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and representation in childcare matters.
2. Manage a caseload of childcare cases.
3. Attend court hearings and prepare necessary documentation.
4. Collaborate with social services and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fully qualified Solicitor with experience in childcare law.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
