• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one guidance and support to individuals in education, employment, and personal development.
• Help clients set achievable goals and develop plans to reach them.
• Advise on training opportunities, job applications, and career pathways.
• Offer practical and emotional support to help individuals overcome barriers and challenges.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, employers, and local agencies to provide coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and progress.
