Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is assisting a well-established Taunton practice to recruit a Locum ANP/ACP for 30 hours per week, covering Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on a 3-month basis. The role requires independent prescribing, EMIS proficiency, and strong primary care experience, with an autonomous scope supported by salaried GPs and nurses.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team with 15-minute appointments, home visits, and dedicated admin time.

Responsibilities

Job description

Background – We are currently recruiting a Locum ANP/ACP to support a well-established, forward-thinking practice with a highly supportive team. The initial requirement is for regular cover for 30 hours per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for a 3 month period. Candidates should have previous primary care experience, be an independent prescriber, and be confident using EMIS. You will be comfortable working autonomously, including prescribing and clinical decision-making, and will be supported by an experienced in-house team of salaried GPs, nurses, and non-clinical staff.

Salary – £45- £50 per hour
