Job summary

Locums First is seeking a Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous ANP-led clinics across primary care in Hatton. You will tailor sessions to urgent care, routine reviews and triage, with a focus on safe prescribing and clear clinical documentation.

You will work flexibly with ad-hoc, regular, or block bookings, across weekday, evening or weekend shifts, supporting multiple GP practices with strong independence and local service leads for clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification is required.
• V300 Independent Prescribing is required.
• Experience in GP, urgent care, walk-in or community services.
• Able to work autonomously in new environments.
• DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Run independent ANP clinics across primary care settings.
• Manage acute and minor illness presentations.
• Triage via telephone and face-to-face.

Job description

Locums First is looking for Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioners in Hatton. This role offers flexible local sessions across a range of primary care services, giving you the option to choose work that matches your clinical strengths and preferred shift patterns.

You will support multiple primary care providers by delivering safe, autonomous ANP-led clinics. These may include urgent access appointments, routine reviews, minor illness assessments and triage-based sessions. Each booking is arranged to suit your availability, with clear expectations and consistent clinical support from service leads.
