You will work within established teams to deliver autonomous assessments, manage acute presentations and support routine primary care activity, with sessions arranged to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) required.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Delivering independent ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings.
• Assessing and managing undifferentiated presentations.
• Providing telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within your scope of practice.
• Supporting clinical workflows such as results and follow-up actions.
• Documenting accurately within service-specific clinical systems.
