Locum Ready is seeking Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners to work in Crowthorne and surrounding areas on flexible, sessional terms. You will deliver autonomous ACP-led clinics, assess undifferentiated presentations and support routine primary care activity with a variety of service types according to weekly availability.

Roles offer the opportunity to work across GP practices and urgent care settings, with independent prescribing encouraged and DBS checks in place.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) required.
• Background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy or similar.
• Independent Prescribing qualification preferred.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Locum Ready is looking for Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners in Crowthorne. This role provides flexible sessional work across a range of primary care providers, offering opportunities that match your clinical background, preferred service type and weekly availability.

As a Locum ACP, you will work within established clinical teams to deliver autonomous assessments, manage acute presentations and support routine primary care activity. Sessions are arranged to suit your schedule and may involve urgent access clinics, triage-based work, or routine appointments depending on service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering independent ACP-led clinics across local primary care settings

Requirements
