• Experience in preparing financial and performance reports.
• Ability to monitor budgets and identify cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Finance Business Partnering and Corporate Finance teams across the organisation.
• Build effective relationships with finance colleagues to share best practices and streamline processes.
• Assist in preparing financial and performance reports, identifying key insights and value drivers within front-line services.
• Monitor budget performance using analytical reasoning and data-driven insights.
• Support the preparation of monthly VAT returns with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analyse financial reports, policies, and procedures to evaluate organisational impact.
• Assist in completing the annual statement of accounts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies across finance operations.
• Provide support in areas such as VAT, Taxation, Pensions, Treasury Management, and IR35 compliance.
