Job summary

Timpson is seeking enthusiastic locksmith engineers for Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will join a team delivering a vital 24/7 locksmith service, supported by comprehensive training and a fully equipped van with tools.

A clean driving license and DBS check are required, with computer literacy useful for managing electronic records. The role offers a stable full-time position with Saturday shifts, overtime opportunities, and a chance to progress in a dynamic high-street environment.

Qualifications

• Clean driving license is essential.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Computer literacy to manage electronic records and PDA/phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide a 24/7 locksmith service to customers in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
• Work a full-time schedule including Saturdays with rest day flexibility; on-call overtime is paid.
• Build relationships with customers through our high street branches and generate leads.
• Record work on a PDA/phone and manage electronic bookwork.
