As Location Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching your team, supporting front-line Travel Services Partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets across multiple channels (online, walk-up, ATM) within the FX business, focusing on consumer behaviors and preferences. The role involves supporting the Divisional Manager in driving a stand-alone P&L to grow revenues across all channels (B2C, B2B2C stores, and ATMs) and managing all associated costs, including retail, support, and shared costs.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive profitability and growth across stores, online platforms, and ATMs by reviewing location performance, marketing strategies, inventory, and margins.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience by managing your team through coaching, performance management, rostering, onboarding, recruitment, and communication.
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements, transaction processing, reporting, and training completion.
- Complete all daily reconciliation and operational checks accurately.
- Represent Travelex as the primary day-to-day contact with location partners.
- Deputise for the Divisional Manager as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Key Interfaces/Relationships
- External stakeholders such as airports, landlords, suppliers, and partners.
- Internal support functions including finance, HR, marketing (online & offline), pricing, IT, process excellence, commercial and product development, compliance, legal, the global ATM helpdesk, and ATM deployment teams.
