Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic leadership team at Sirona Adult Learning Disability Health Service (ALDHS). We are a diverse multidisciplinary team providing health intervention for adults with learning disabilities in the community setting. As a larger service we are divided into locality multidisciplinary teams in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to jointly lead our Bristol locality team. You will work closely with other locality leads, professional leads and project lead as a key member of the ALDHS leadership team. This leadership model ensures that the clinical professions are well supported by clinical leads whilst the locality leads bring together the multidisciplinary team around the person, supporting complex cases, coordinating multi-profession involvement, safeguarding and supporting team wellbeing and cohesion. There are 2 locality leads based in Bristol due to the larger size of the team.
