Responsibilities

• Develop and support local projects, partnerships and community-led initiatives and action plans.
• Build strong relationships with other service teams, community anchor organisations, parish councils and local voluntary groups.
• Help communities shape services, influence decisions and access support.
• Drive place-based approaches that improve wellbeing and reduce inequalities.
• Represent the council locally and champion positive community action.
