The role…

The primary purpose of this role is to provide ‘front of house’ services within the Belfast office. This includes managing visitors’ diaries, meeting arrangements, and switchboard activity. The role holder will be the main point of contact for daily central stock and ordering systems.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Answer and redirect calls on the switchboard.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support meetings.
  • Collect, open, and distribute post.
  • Maintain up-to-date telephone and email directories.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or customer service.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong telecommunications skills.
