The Role:
This role will oversee the work produced daily, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and high quality across departments.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Owning the day-to-day production delivery of localisation work, maintaining smooth workflows and high quality
  • Managing resources across all shifts and geographies
  • Communicating regularly with Client Services and Localisation teams to understand priorities and capacities
  • Updating and enforcing internal workflows and security procedures
  • Recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff
  • Leading onboarding for new clients and territories
  • Optimising hardware and software in collaboration with IT and Operations
  • Managing resources and capacity for efficient operations
  • Training team leads and cross-training teams for delivery capabilities
  • Identifying and implementing new procedures, workflows, technology, and training opportunities

Management/Reporting:

  • Line managing team leaders in Localisation Operations
  • Reporting to the Director of Operations/Managing Director
  • Handling resource and capacity reporting, including budgeting

Requirements
