AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is recruiting an Associate Director for Local Transport to lead delivery and expand the regional client base. You’ll balance hands-on project delivery with strategic client engagement, delivering high standards while pursuing growth opportunities.

You will act as a primary regional contact for Local Transport clients, shape sector strategy, and guide the win-work approach across the region with a collaborative leadership style.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Local Transport, Public Realm and/or Highways sectors with client exposure.
• Strategic, analytical mindset with experience coordinating client engagement and growth.
• Collaborative leadership style capable of developing colleagues in technical or business roles.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality Local Transport projects and programmes while building trust with clients.
• Grow client relationships and secure repeat work through proactive engagement and win-work activities.
• Lead or support bid preparation, fee proposals and positioning for future opportunities.
