This role involves delivering transformation programmes, managing client relationships, and participating in business development activities. We are looking to expand our Local Public Services team within the Enterprise Transformation (ET) Consulting Practice. The Enterprise Transformation team is passionate about working with and helping our Local Public Services (LPS) clients to transform their organizational operations.
Our Local Public Services team assists clients in adapting to rapidly changing public sector demands by leveraging evidence and organization-wide operating models enabled by technology. We also focus on transformation within specific functions such as Social Care and Housing.
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of experienced problem solvers, helping our Local Public Services clients address business challenges from identification through to full implementation.
You are passionate about the local public services market and eager to bring about change in your approach to work.
We seek individuals with project experience in Local Public Services, preferably with a background in consulting within organizations such as Councils, Charities, or Housing Associations, and a good working knowledge of at least one of these sectors.
Sector and capability experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:
