Toolstation is seeking a Senior Store Assistant for a 25-hour week in Thame. You will be the friendly face in-store, helping customers find what they need and delivering goods.

The role includes warehouse tasks, deliveries, and shelf replenishment, with potential keyholder/supervisory responsibilities. Ideal candidates live locally, can work early starts and late finishes, and enjoy a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Live locally and can commute to the store.
• Manage early starts and late finishes due to opening hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and be the friendly face of Toolstation.
• Handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Open/close the store as Keyholder when required and supervise colleagues.
• Provide outstanding customer service and upsell Toolstation Club/Trade Accounts.
