Objective of Role

Wandsworth and Richmond Councils are seeking a Local Land Charges Project Manager within the Spatial Planning Service. The successful candidate will lead projects to implement a new Local Land Charges software for Wandsworth Council and oversee the HM Land Registry Register migration for Richmond Council.

About the Role

The LLC Project Manager will oversee the migration of the Richmond Council register as part of the HM Land Registry project and lead the implementation of LLC administration software for Wandsworth Council. This includes identifying efficiencies in team processes and system use.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Applicants must have comprehensive knowledge of the LLC service, relevant legislation and regulations, and experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.

Experience in managing HM Land Registry migration projects and software implementation is essential, including providing progress updates, risk management, and problem-solving.
