Wandsworth and Richmond Councils have exciting opportunities within the Spatial Planning Service. We are recruiting for a Local Land Charges Information Manager.
The LLC Information Manager will ensure the Councils maintain high-quality LLC registers, process LLC Search responses within agreed timeframes, implement process efficiencies to deliver high-quality service to customers, and ensure compliance with HM Land Registry requirements as a Live Service.
The LLC Information Manager will lead a team of Officers, processing official and personal searches, maintaining registers, reporting on income and search data, and implementing efficiencies to meet statutory and legislative obligations.
Applicants should have comprehensive knowledge of LLC services, relevant legislation, and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Experience leading a busy team, motivating staff, generating income and reports, processing land charges, and responding to queries is essential.
