A leading company in the energy sector seeks an HR advisor for a fixed-term position in London. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive operational HR support to the business, advising on policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing onboarding processes. Working knowledge of UK employment law and a CIPD qualification is expected. You’ll be part of UK and Ireland People & Culture team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage HR matters, including short- and long-term absence, ER cases, immigration, policy / legal advice and HR onboarding and offboarding processes.

Remuneration
For this role we offer a yearly base salary in range of£50,000 to £55,000+ pension + benefits. Actual offer considers the specific candidates experience and skills.
