Job summary

Booker is the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler, serving independent retailers, caterers and small businesses from locations across the country. You will drive locally, build relationships with regular customers and work a 45-hour week with some weekend shifts to ensure timely deliveries.

You will load stock, unload at customer sites, and complete paperwork accurately. A CatC / 18T licence and at least two years' delivery driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CatC / 18T licence and at least two years' delivery driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy for paperwork and records.
• Ability to load/unload and handle stock safely.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into the vehicle at the branch and unload at customer premises.
• Deliver to regular customers and build relationships with them.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Adhere to shift patterns, including weekend work, under an Any 5 from 7 contract.
