Role purpose:
To develop and increase ongoing revenues and margin contribution from a named account(s) through proactive sales of the full range of SCC products & services.
Key responsibilities:
- Articulates the customer challenge and creates a joint plan with the BU to propose suitable solutions for the client, driving a blend of Product and Services aligned with the company's vision.
- Identify, create, develop, and campaign sales opportunities within existing customers, fully qualified to align with the client’s strategy and objectives.
- Provide campaign leadership: Lead and orchestrate virtual internal and external teams on all sales opportunities.
- Maintain, expand, and build engagement with vendors and partners within the account base, managing these engagements to drive sales growth and margin.
- Perform account relationship targeting, develop an effective Account Plan in SalesHub, and undertake regular campaign and opportunity planning to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Work effectively with SCC solution experts to define the right proposition for specific client requirements.
- Maintain an accurate and timely forecast in SalesHub, creating and growing contacts, campaigns, and customer data; build effective marketing plans to drive margin.
- Manage and grow customer relationships at all levels and appropriate departments, orchestrating senior SCC Executive engagement.
- Identify Opportunities and Risks to SCC, considering operational, commercial, and legal aspects, and use Payment Solutions to maximize margin contribution.
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrable technology infrastructure and services sales experience with success in enterprise projects into FTSE and/or Public Sector organizations.
- Proven track record of sustainable growth within previous client engagements.

- High business and commercial awareness with successful negotiation experience at senior levels.
- Experience in selling IT Consulting, Professional, Managed Services, and/or Enterprise solutions.
