Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a qualified Subcontract Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer to service, diagnose, and repair domestic gas appliances and heating systems in residential properties within your local area.

The role offers a flexible schedule as a subcontractor / self-employed position with 3–5 days per week, weekly pay per completed job, and a streamlined onboarding process for quick start. Must be Gas Safe registered with ACS qualifications and have own van and tools.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registered with ACS qualifications HTR1 and CKR1.
• Own van and a full set of tools.
• DBS certificate valid and public liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on domestic gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires).
• Ensure work is compliant with current Gas Safe regulations.
• Follow health and safety and safeguarding policies.
