Job summary

Rock Recruitment is recruiting experienced Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineers for local, self-employed subcontract work. You will service, diagnose and repair domestic gas appliances in residential properties while keeping within Gas Safe regulations.

The role offers a guaranteed local workload with flexible scheduling, weekly pay per completed job, and a straightforward onboarding process. Long-term subcontract opportunities provided by a trusted client base.

Qualifications

• Valid Domestic ACS qualifications including HTR1 (Gas Fires) and CKR1 (Gas Cookers).
• Gas Safe Registration is mandatory to perform the role.
• Own van and tools are required for on-site visits.
• DBS certificate must be clean and valid.
• Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million) is required.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair domestic gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires).
• Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations.
