Charity Jobs NI (part of the Happy Jobs group) is partnering with Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful to recruit a proactive, organized, and dedicated Local Environmental Quality Coordinator. This role involves coordinating environmental quality and certification programs, engaging communities, and supporting sustainability initiatives within the LEQ department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordination: Manage resources and oversee field officers to deliver programs effectively within budget and deadlines.
  2. Project Management: Lead planning, implementation, and reporting of environmental initiatives.
  3. Surveying and Certifications: Coordinate programs like Blue Flag, Green Flag, and conduct cleanliness surveys across boroughs.
  4. Community Engagement: Promote participation in sustainability initiatives and expand program coverage.
  5. Communications: Serve as primary contact, respond to inquiries, represent the charity at events, and create content for platforms.
  6. Research Support: Assist in environmental research, policy analysis, and stay updated on assessment methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience
