Local Cultural Educational Partnership Manager

Job Title: Local Cultural Education Partnership Manager

Location: Brent, London

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Hours: 36 hours per week, flexible to include evenings and weekends

Leave: 28 days per annum plus bank/public holidays

Contract: Temporary, Full-time (2 years)

Young Brent Foundation is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic project leader as the organisation takes the exciting step of becoming the lead organisation of Brent’s Cultural Education Partnership.

The Local Cultural Education Partnership (LCEP) Manager will play a key role in supporting the arts and creative sector across Brent. Responsibilities include providing membership support, facilitating structured networking, and creating meaningful pathways for children and young people to explore their identity and culture through access to a connected network of creative opportunities.

LCEP aims to establish a sustainable ecosystem of creative arts organisations and partners that work towards achieving a lasting local impact and legacy through collaboration.
