Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in Witney is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver for local waste and recycling work. You will operate a Class 2 refuse/recycling vehicle on local rounds as part of a crew, with early starts and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers regular local work with no long-distance trunking, allowing you to build consistent Class 2 experience while starting early each day.

Qualifications

• Category C / Class 2 HGV licence required.
• Valid CPC required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with collections.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 refuse/recycling vehicle on local collection rounds
• Working alongside a crew to complete daily routes
• Carrying out vehicle checks before starting your shift
• Ensuring collections are completed safely and efficiently
• Assisting the crew with collections when required
• Providing a professional service while out in the local community
